  • use generated suggestions without human review where errors could cause harm or violate law; or
  • help another person do anything prohibited by this policy.

Merchant duties

Maintain accurate product, price, fulfillment, return, privacy, and contact information. Obtain rights and permissions for content and customer data. Follow applicable advertising, accessibility, tax, consumer, product-safety, export, privacy, and ecommerce laws. Promptly investigate and correct complaints, recalls, security incidents, and misleading content.

Enforcement

StoreMason may manually review any beta store and may block provisioning, restrict a capability, remove content, preserve relevant records, suspend a store, or terminate an account based on severity and risk. We may act without advance notice when needed for safety, security, provider rules, or law. Report suspected violations or appeal a decision through the Support and Appeals Policy.
