Proof and process

Proof should show what happened—and what it does not prove.

StoreMason publishes customer stories only with permission. Demonstrations, validation tenants, screenshots, and internal acceptance are labeled plainly and never presented as customer outcomes.

Plan with StoreMason
01

Retail & D2C evidence

Permissioned customer evidence can be grouped here when source, scope, outcome method, review date, and publication approval exist.

Boundary: Product demonstrations and validation tenants are not customers.

02

B2B & Wholesale evidence

Permissioned customer evidence can be grouped here when buyer workflow, operating scope, source, method, and publication approval are explicit.

Boundary: A capability test does not prove a commercial outcome.

03

Product and process demonstrations

Private previews, approval states, denial paths, route acceptance, and governed Store Agent flows demonstrate the method.

Evidence: Labeled product-validation captures and accepted test records.

Boundary: Local, dormant, controlled, or test-mode evidence does not imply public activation.

04

Quantitative claims

A public metric needs a baseline, method, period, source, permission, owner, and review date.

Boundary: Unsupported sales, conversion, ranking, speed, and efficiency metrics are not published.
