Discuss StoreMason Direct
01

Recurring platform access

  • A StoreMason storefront within the accepted capability scope
  • Workroom and governed Store Agent access according to the approved package
  • Hosting within an agreed operating profile
  • Email support within the stated support boundary

Boundary: Hosting is not unlimited, and dormant, provider-gated, or tenant-disabled capabilities are not included by implication.

02

Standard guided onboarding

Standard guided onboarding is included when catalog, content, staffing, migration, and infrastructure needs fit the normal path.

Evidence: The guided path uses describe, private preview, configuration, review, and approval states before consequential work.

03

Complex onboarding

Complex onboarding is custom scoped and quoted when the normal path does not cover the required catalog, migration, staffing, integration, or infrastructure work.

Boundary: The starting amount is not a promise that every complex onboarding engagement has the same final scope.

04

Work priced separately before commitment

  • Custom design or development beyond the agreed platform configuration
  • Complex migration, catalog cleanup, or content production
  • SEO projects, bespoke integrations, or multiple storefronts
  • Dedicated or unusual infrastructure and support commitments

Boundary: Separately scoped work is not silently bundled into the recurring platform.

05

Written price confirmation before commitment

StoreMason confirms the current recurring amount in writing after fit review and before enrollment or commitment.

Boundary: No placeholder, invented range, crossed-out discount, or hidden numeric assumption replaces written confirmation.

  • Can the scope change? Only after the affected catalog, migration, support, integration, or infrastructure need is reviewed with you.
  • Does this activate payments or a live storefront? No. Provider, payment, enrollment, and publication gates remain separate.
